Diem Phung Thi (Điềm Phùng Thị) museum in Hue city

Located at Diem Phung Thi Villa, 1 Phan Boi Chau, Hue City, Phung Thi Museum is opened daily from 7.30am-11am and 2pm-5pm.
Diem Phung Thi (1920-2002), Vietnamese-French sculptor, returned to Vietnam in 1993 and is a member of the prestigious European Academy of Sciences, Literature and Arts.

Her villa, which houses 50 works of art from France shortly before his death, 36 works created in Hue after his return to Vietnam and 60 other works, is now a museum dedicated to his life and is owned by the Municipal Museum from Hue.

At the time of this publication, the local authority is preparing a proposal to improve this Phung Thi Museum in order to attract more visitors, not just local art students.
